Returns & Refunds
We accept returned products by our customers. We will provide you with replacement products or refund you the amount if you wish. But, we entertain returns for genuine reasons as below.
If the product is defective or damaged
After the delivery, you may realize that the product arrived in a damaged condition. Please do not worry if that’s the case. You should contact our customer support team at +91 82813 44123 or email@example.com. Next, we will send you the replacement product. Or we can also refund you the amount after the necessary verification at our end. You should return the damaged or defective product along with its original packaging.
If you receive the wrong product
Upon delivery of the product, you might discover that you have received the wrong product. In that case, contact our customer care team at +91 82813 44123 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process the refund or send you a replacement product, as per your convenience. Please maintain the original contents and packaging of your order as you return it.
You may also choose to cancel your order before its delivery. You can cancel your order from the ‘order history and details’ tab in the ‘My Account’ section. But, make sure to cancel it before it gets shipped from our warehouse. If you want to cancel your order, get in touch with our customer support team right away. We initiate the refund right after we receive the product/s you have returned. For prepaid orders, you will receive the refund amount to the original account you used for payment. Banks typically take 5-7 business days to credit the amount. Meanwhile, we will keep you updated via e-mail and SMS about the status of the refund process. In case you cancel the order before shipping, we will immediately begin the refund process. Please reach out to our customer support team for any queries.
